No, Luxe Cloth is an online-only brand. We serve customers in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping to both the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for women dress items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
